PERFOSEM® Complex

Concept :

PERFOSEM® Complex is a multi-layer structure, made of 3 lays of knitted fabrics at least, designed to have a high resistance to abrasion, slicing, stabbing, tearing, to impact cut and alo to high temperatures and fire.

PERFOSEM® Complex :

Ø What for?

PERFOSEM® Complex shall be used by people facing physical risks, such as people working in the glass industry, in the riot police, as bodyguard, but also in personal protection equipment and military equipment.

Ø Principle

PERFOSEM® Complex : several knitted fabrics made of high performance fibres have been used for this multi-layer structure. The specific textures and chemical compositions enable them to slip on one another quite well and therefore to absorb any kind of impact very efficiently.

Ø Properties

The number of layers in PERFOSEM® Complex makes it possible to get the required cut-resistant forces. A multi-layer made of 9 layers of knitted fabrics satisfactorily fulfil the prEN ISO 14876-2 standard (anti-stab protection) : it will withstand 10mm perforation at 21.93J.
